Licensed to practice in Florida, Georgia, and the District of Columbia, Erin Quinn is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts of the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, including the respective Bankruptcy Courts. She has handled cases in both State and Federal Court.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Quinn’s practice was devoted to Creditor’s Rights, including representation in foreclosure actions, bankruptcy actions, and related litigation. She has resolved or litigated hundreds of contested foreclosures, and prosecuted hundreds of foreclosure trials. Erin has also defended mortgage servicers and investors from claims brought by consumers under various state and federal regulations, as well as common law causes of action.
Aside from litigating, Ms. Quinn has experience in law firm management – launching Firm-wide process analysis, including developing and managing execution of process improvementstrategies; creating and implementing a formal training process for new associates and non-attorney staff; and designing and managing strategic elimination of vintage case inventory.
Born in Auburn, New York, Ms. Quinn relocated to Florida in 1998 to attend the University of South Florida. After graduating with her B.A. in Criminology, Ms. Quinn attended Stetson University College of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor.
